The Book of Ephesians

Leader: Patrick Miles

Target Audience: Everyone

Location: Room A7

Paul’s letter to the Ephesians is rich in theology, showing us that God’s church is not an institu- tion, but a living organism, “a body,” with Christ at its head. In this Epistle, you will gain a high view of the unity of faith & the greatness of God’s plan of redemption, & discover Christ’s ultimate purpose of summing up all things in creation under Him, as well as unravel “the mystery” of the Gospel, the church, faith, & Christ.

Faith: A Bible Study on James

Location: Room A6

ames is a letter written to a suffering church to spur them on to live authentic lives of faith. One of the few truly inductive Bible studies written for women, it will impress the truths of James upon your heart, and equip you to more effect- tively study any book of the Bible, as well as cause you to delight in the Scriptures and encourage you to live more effectively for Jesus and His Gospel.

The Beatitudes

Leader: Dr Jim Lo Target Audience: Everyone

Location: A4

Join Dr. Lo in a survey through the Book of Matthew, with an emphasis on the Beatitudes. In Matthew chapter 5, we find Jesus sitting on the Mount of Olives and giving eight bold statements that serve as a preamble to His famous Sermon on the Mount. These “blessings,” introduce the principles of the kingdom of heaven on earth, how to live in it, what Christ expects of His disciples, and so much more. It promises to be an exciting study!

The Book of Hebrews

Leader: Brian Nichols   Target Audience: Everyone

Location: Room A5

The Book of Hebrews was written to people in crisis. They were persecuted, tempted by the rampant sin around them, and doubting their faith in Jesus. It was not so different than what many of us go through today. Join Dr. Derwin Gray in this eight-session series, as he walks through Hebrews, teaching us how to live for Jesus in every season of life. Hebrews shows us that Jesus is better than anything the world can offer. We simply need to answer, “Am I willing to trust Him above everything else?”

I Want to Trust You, But I Don’t by Lysa TerKeurst

Leader: Heather Allen   Target Audience: Ladies

n this study, Lysa TerKeurst shows you what to do with your skepticism & distrust so you can heal from past betrayals & move forward with strength & resilience. How can you live well & step into the future when you keep stumbling over trust issues? Learn to develop the stability you long for within yourself & with God, so you don’t become cynical and carry a broken belief system into every new relationship.

Their riveting stories will touch your heart, open your eyes, and help you to not only understand, but how to make a difference.
